How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week. However, bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.
Late night collection and overnight hire also available.
How much does it cost?
We will quote you a price when you contact us and discuss your?requirements and location.
Rest assured that our prices are very competitive!
What do the prices include?
All inflatable hire prices include delivery, set up by ourselves, and collection at the end of the hire period. The price includes the equipment needed to inflate the castle, such as a blower and extension cable. We also supply mats and other extras as needed, all within the hire charge.

Our inflatables are available seven days a week, all year round, including Bank Holidays!

Do you hire overnight?
Yes, overnight hire is fine. We make a small extra charge. Simply mention it to us when ordering!
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required for any of our items.
How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, but we also accept PayPal payments and cheques. Cheques need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time but please allow at least three hours before we are due to arrive (once we arrive full payment is due).
What if it rains?
We deliver regardless of rain unless the hire is cancelled three hours in advance.
It is advised that inflatables are switched off in adverse and wet conditions for safety reasons.
Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
Inflatables should ideally be set up on level ground, although slight slopes may be acceptable. Tell us about this when booking and we can advise you.
How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The average inflatable takes about 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to pack up. However, this is only an average and times will vary depending on which item you hire and the location.
How much space is needed?
Particular inflatables may have specific space requirements, which we will tell you at the time of booking. However, as a general rule, a space of three feet should be available all around the inflatable.
Please make sure all garden items such as toys, swings, slides, patio furniture etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
